Dinner is a traditional Moroccan menu cooked at the camp: a selection of cooked and fresh salads, a slow-cooked tagine (chicken, beef or vegetables) or couscous, seasonal fruit or a Moroccan dessert, then mint tea. Vegetarian meals and children's portions are available; tell us about allergies when you book.
After dinner, musicians play Berber and Gnawa rhythms with drums and qraqeb (metal castanets) and invite guests to dance. A fire performer follows, then the evening ends around the campfire. Far from the city lights, the Agafay sky shows far more stars than Marrakech.
For couples, ask for a private table set apart from the other guests with lanterns and candles. It is a popular choice for anniversaries and proposals; send us your idea on WhatsApp and we arrange it with the camp.
Evenings are cool from October to April and cold from December to February (around 5 °C), so bring a warm jacket or a sweater. Comfortable trousers are best for the camel ride. In summer a light layer is enough.
